becoming is friendly is good . it gives us happiness and an exciting atmosphere people who lives in this kind so atmosphere not only they become happy but they get good result also. 

as per my short experience with some of employees whenever i smile and laugh with them then they think that our boss is genuine and generous to the employees. but it doesn't mean that you create friendship with your employees


you may lose your target if you do so. whenever they become friendly it means they are to know you weakness

people cant do whatever they want to do. there many people who tell you can do whatever you want to do  but sure you cant do what you wan to do . fight your own battle then you will won

really surprising things are going on in india. mamta benerjee is going against the govt. whereas mani shankar ayyer is speaking against the govt. ss gill has caught red handed agianst the scams, praful patel, a.raja, sharad panwar, what a shameful cabinet. very few leaders are good in this cabinet who are working honestly. no good conversation with jay ram ramesh. a.k antony is purchasing old weapons. pakistan had baught new atom bombs. m. krishna is silent. what tis cabinet can u understand it

one thing is clear in our country that if somethings comes in media then all channel start criticizing a particular persona or a group. what about shahsi tharoor, lalait modi, ND tiwari, raj thakrey, mulayam singh and amarsingh, sharad panwar, IPL scam, MADHU CODA, lalit modi did GAPALa, A rjas ha ha ha what the hell is happening to media. do they have sence or not. why they have left all issues, there is nothing, now they focusing sures kalamadi or Delhi based Commonwealth games, where is Pakistan issue, what about naxalism
