1. Prioritize
If we are to love our lives we need to be spending a lot of our time and energy on things that are important to us. Yet often, we make decisions and say "yes" to things that take away our time as well as our energy.

Bring what you value the most into what you do. If you adore cooking and you're an office worker, bring home-made snacks to work for your colleagues to enjoy. 2. Manage Expectations

Time spent alone is important for mental and emotional well-being. Take more control over your daily schedule and plan for regular alone time. Take yourself on a date to a cafe, do the gardening, go for a run, or embark on an adventure.
5. Find Your Passion
Experiencing passion is an important portion of living a full and meaningful life. Inject passion into each day, even weekdays when you have to work and don't feel particularly passionate. If you look hard enough, you will always find some aspect to be passionate about.
When passion is lacking, it can be re-ignited by your favorite food, taking a course, or a night out with mates. Passion can flow from anywhere - it can be reading, creativity, saving animals, participating in sports, your friends, or visiting distant countries. Passion can come from something quite modest, like cooking a new dish. There isn't any right or wrong. Notice that evokes true excitement from within you, and also notice what kind of person inspires you.

This isn't always easy. We don't necessarily learn to be good to ourselves while growing up. It is a skill that grows with time, and will keep on growing stronger provided we work at it. And the greater amount of love we give to ourself, the less we will have to run around fixing problems or struggling to find solutions. Loving your life can become a habit.

Personal Freedom: Let me live alone

Lets talk about freedom, in these days we see children , youngsters and even older people who are preferring their own thongs not to be touched , people like their own freedom.
Personal and financial freedom is something that we all strive for in our lives. Although it is something that everyone wants, unfortunately not everyone always gets the opportunity to experience it. Being able to wake up free from an alarm clock, have complete control over your day and spend your time the way you want to spend it is an incredible feeling. Generally speaking, there are two types of freedom in life; poor freedom and rich freedom.
Poor freedom usually means that you don't necessarily have structure in your life with a set 9-5 job, but you're also not living the high life and able to afford to do the things you want to do. Rich freedom means that you're free from an office desk job, but you're able to travel, play golf, go places, and do the things you enjoy doing free of worry about how you're going to manage. For the majority of people, rich freedom is the far better option.
Naturally, since rich freedom is something that is so desirable, it is not the easiest thing in the world to accomplish. Fortunately, the difficulty, complexity, and risks associated with attaining this new level of joy in life is usually far overstated. Being able to reach a place in your life where you are happy with your work and life balance, feel like you have freedom for your schedule and your life can absolutely be accomplished easier than ever in today's economy.
