Social Media Marketing Plan

So you run a brand and you’ve decided to dive into the world of social media. Before you hop in that rocket ship straight for Facebook and Twitterland, and start sharing things all willy nilly, consider the effects a calculated social media marketing strategy will have on your efforts. Like any business decision, it’s important to have a clear flight path that outlines the who, what, where, when, why and hows. Social media is no different!
Ask yourself these questions before planning out your social media marketing strategy.
  1. Who is my audience?    In order to even begin to put a strategy together, it’s essentially important to have a target audience in mind.  Males, schoolteachers, or children are not specific enough of a focus. Generally, there are 3 major things you should identify when defining an audience: demographics, interests and needs. If you can point out the exact demographics of your target audience, understand their interests, motivations, but especially their needs, you will be able to reach their beloved news feeds.
  2. Which platform is my target audience on?   Before you can share content with your newly found audience, you need to know where it is that they are sharing and receiving content. Platforms such as Instagram and Twitter are extremely common, and are considered a “must” for brands to participate on. Now, however, these social networks are becoming more defined and their user base is becoming more and more unique with different ways to engage with them. Not all brands belong on Facebook, and attempting to build an audience on there could be a waste of dollars. Instead of being on absolutely all the platforms, do the research on who is using which networks, and post accordingly.
  3. What are my short vs. long term goals?   Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither will your brand’s social media presence. (Unless you commit a social sin and buy some fake followers!)  Clear short and long-term goals should be a foundational first step. Short-term goals should be measurable things such as “get 10 new followers each week for the month of May” or “increase Facebook engagement by 50% in a month.” Whereas long-term goals are more about positioning: host a Twitter forum, or to secure 25% more new business deals via Twitter. You’ll want to make sure that you are continually evaluating your short vs. long-term goals, and adjusting them as you go.
  4. What is my budget?   Sharing content on Pinterest and Facebook may be free, but extending the reach of your message through advertising will take a few dollars, research, and time. Identify a reasonable budget before you start planning a social media strategy to help better visualize where paid ads will be and exactly what they will look like.
  5. What are my competitors doing?   Peeping out what strategy your competition is utilizing is a must. A brand can learn a lot about the playing field simply by observing what the industry’s top 3 competitors are doing. Take note of which networks they are on, what type of content they’re sharing, and how their fans are interacting with them. Is there anything you can duplicate, or possibly do better? What isn’t working for them? Take much needed time to scope out competitors’ social media strategy, and then move in for the kill!
  6. What types of content do I need to create, according to the platforms?   The component of a brand’s social media strategy that will set it apart from others is the original and creative content. This can be in the form of a blog, YouTube videos, photos for Facebook and Instagram or how-to’s for Pinterest. While you’re creating content and planning your social strategy, take into account that some content works better on certain networks than others. For example, the Facebook algorithm prefers images to links, so sharing high quality photography on Facebook makes sense. A network like LinkedIn however, is better suited for industry news, brand stories and thought pieces, as opposed to stunning visuals. Align your content with the proper networks to have the most effectiveness!
  7. What types of content should I be curating and sharing?   Another part of a social media strategy involves curating content from other sources to share with your network. This content should be highly informational and useful to your target audience. You should also always provide your own take on the piece in conjunction with sharing the link itself. Let your followers know what you think about the content and add to the conversation. You might be surprised at the engagement you receive!
  8. How will I engage with the target audience?   Social media is less about the followers and more about the engagements. That’s why determining how you will actively engage with the followers you’ve amassed is extremely important. Instead of outright asking for likes or retweets, ask your followers to share their own stories with you or to submit photos to a hashtag. To get your followers to engage with you, you must present them with a good reason why they should. Provide an incentive like new information, exclusive content, or even a social media shout out. Think of social media as a two-way street between you and your followers, and your social media marketing strategy will grow and thrive!

Utilizing social media should be part of every business plan, but it should also be done right. Take the time to plan your social media marketing effort so that the time you spend in the future isn’t wasted. Get to know your audience and predict what they will want to learn more about based on your interactions with them and what’s currently happening in your industry. Just be sure to keep evolving your social media strategy as your influence and audience grows!

7 Steps to Internet Marketing Success

7 Steps to Internet Marketing Success

Internet marketing success is attainable if you think about your site and where you are going. You have to target the right people and also get in touch with the right parties for whatever it is you want to market.
Are you aware of what you’re trying to do when making your online marketing plans work as well as they should? Your path to Internet marketing success does not have to be as complicated as you might think it could be.
The fact is that you can easily do more with your business marketing campaign if you simply take a look at a few important steps with regards to making your marketing campaign a little more proficient.

1.Consider What You Want to Do
You have to start by thinking carefully about whatever it is you are actually trying to do in your online marketing project. Your project should be more than just something that is capable of bringing in more business. It should also be used to get other people to know more about whatever it is you want to promote.
A huge part of Internet marketing success involves not only getting people to visit your site but also with getting your visitors to see what you are like and who you are trying to target. You can’t just go with a regular procedure for online marketing. You have to work extra hard to attain Internet marketing success. Part of this involves thinking ahead with regards to what you actually want to do in the long run.

2.Take a Look At Your Site
Sometimes all the marketing tools that you use might not be enough to help you attain Internet marketing success. You might have to consider the content on your site just as well. The fact is that people will be more likely to want to visit your site if you can prove that you have content that is worthwhile and of interest and value to anyone who visit your site.

3.Get Into More Places
You might have an easier time with getting closer to Internet marketing success if you market yourself in more places. For example, you can market yourself in places like blogs through guest posts or forum posts. You can also get into a variety of directories when seeing what you’ve got.
You clearly have to find multiple places when it comes to promoting yourself. This leads perfectly into the next step.

4.Who Are You Targeting?
You have to think about doing more than just getting the word out in any general place. You also have to get the word out in places where your target audience is more likely to be located in. You should think about the people who are more likely to visit your site and take advantage of it before you market it in certain places.
You clearly have to think about who will come to your site above all else because the people who do come onto your site are the ones who will be more likely to actually buy things from it.
The targeting process will involve a review of what your traffic is like and who is coming to your site. You can use this through an analytical process or by using an analytics program to see who’s coming to your site and therefore who you should be targeting in particular.

5.Find Unique Ways to Plug Yourself
The problem with so many plans for attaining Internet marketing success is that there are many forms of marketing that just about everyone else has been using. You’ll have to think about unique choices for marketing if you want to actually be seen.
For example, you can plug your business by posting online videos through many video sharing sites. You can also create secondary Twitter or Facebook accounts with different marketing items that are somewhat relevant to what your business is about.
The things that you can use when finding ways to promote your site are very interesting. The sky’s the limit when it comes to marketing yourself so you should be certain that you think about all the different options you’ve got to choose from when promoting yourself.

6.Be Observant of Your Deficiencies
You can’t just assume that you’ll be perfect every single time you do something. You have to acknowledge that your work is far from perfect. You have to think about every deficiency on your site and your campaign so you can figure out what needs to be done in order to make it more proficient.
You especially have to be certain about your faults by taking a closer look at the ways of how your site is being promoted. Part of this includes thinking about what you could be doing and why you aren’t getting into certain strategies when trying to promote yourself.

7.Be Unique
No one likes it when someone is copying off of everyone else. You’ve got to be unique if you want to stand out. It should be done well so you’ll know what you are maintaining.
There are many ways how you can be unique and get to that point of Internet marketing success that you’ve always wanted. For example, you can start by creating new content that is special and specific to your site. Anything that’s new will certainly be welcome.
You’ve also got to make your own specific angle with regards to what you want to talk about. You can gear the content you make towards your business and why people should specifically take a look at your own business above all else.
These are points for Internet marketing success that should be utilized well enough. You’ve got to be certain that you know what you are getting yourself into if you want your site to be more visible and interesting to everyone.

Inspirational and Inspiring Gifts

Petey Paker writes his experience to motivate us this " a million dollar lesson"
A cab driver taught me a million dollar lesson in customer satisfaction and expectation. Motivational speakers charge thousands of dollars to impart his kind of training to corporate executives and staff. It cost me a $12 taxi ride.

I had flown into Dallas for the sole purpose of calling on a client. Time was of the essence and my plan included a quick turnaround trip from and back to the airport. A spotless cab pulled up.

The driver rushed to open the passenger door for me and made sure I was comfortably seated before he closed the door. As he got in the driver’s seat, he mentioned that the neatly folded Wall Street Journal next to me for my use. He then showed me several tapes and asked me what type of music I would enjoy.

Well! I looked around for a “Candid Camera!” Wouldn’t you? I could not believe the service I was receiving! I took the opportunity to say, “Obviously you take great pride in your work. You must have a story to tell.”
“You bet,” he replied, “I used to be in Corporate America. But I got tired of thinking my best would never be good enough. I decided to find my niche in life where I could feel proud of being the best I could be.
I knew I would never be a rocket scientist, but I love driving cars, being of service and feeling like I have done a full day’s work and done it well. I evaluate my personal assets and… wham! I became a cab driver.
One thing I know for sure, to be good in my business I could simply just meet the expectations of my passengers. But, to be GREAT in my business, I have to EXCEED the customer’s expectations! I like both the sound and the return of being ‘great’ better than just getting by on ‘average’”.

Did I tip him big time? You bet! Corporate America’s loss is the traveling folk’s friend!

Google rank

How does Google find your site and list it? Purely registering your domain on the Internet isn't enough.
Before it can include a site in its index, a search engine has to know that the site exists. One of the first steps in picking up traffic to your website is to get it indexed by major search engines, such as Google, Yahoo!, and MSN. However, it does not denote that your link will appear on the first page of search results.
Although by submitting your site will get it listed in some search engines, it will not necessary get it into Google. As Google is the most popular Internet search engine with the largest index, if there are no links from other pages that point to your site, the site will not be indexed. Therefore, before submitting your site to Google, you need to get linked from other sites that are already in Google's index.
1. Make sure that your website is ready (i.e. no broken links, has enough unique contents, etc). Optimize your website for keywords that are highly related with your website content.
2. Create a sitemap file for your website. It contains the URLs for all of your pages in your website. Sitemaps are rarely clicked by most visitors, but they are vital as it helps search engine robots find all the pages on your website. You can use free online or offline tools available to generate your sitemap file.

3. As soon as your site is available on the Internet, you can submit your site to web directories such as and
4. Create an article that is relevant to your site and submit it to pertinent article directories such as Be sure to include a link to your site in the article. The 'spiders' will crawl these sites at least once every week. It will find your links and eventually lead them to your website. If other people find your article relevant and use in their own website, you may also get new links and visitors from other sites, which will eventually boost your website ranking.
5. Join a popular, highly ranked forum site and create a profile with your site URL along with a short description in the signature. Each post will count as a link to the search engines!
You can use any of the above techniques to get indexed by Google and other major search engines. However, do keep in mind it will take a few weeks for your site to appear in the search engines.

Know Better Search Engine Optimization with these 5 Steps

The following steps will definitely help webmasters and online marketers to understand Search Engine Optimization and generate good amount of traffic to their respective websites as well as increase their PR in Search Engines which in turn helps them achieve good position in SERP.
Eg. if there is a School Educational Software website and they needs good ranking in search engine.
One of the biggest challenges that face web site owners is trying to traffic to their websites. This is usually achieved by getting the best possible ranking with the search engines, which comes down to trying to get onto the first page of Google or the other engines such as Yahoo and Bing.
It’s important to understand if you are promoting a popular product or services you may have hundreds if not thousands all competing for that same spot. For you to get the edge over the competition you need to do some fine-tuning of your site with search engine optimization. This is not as complex as it sounds and the steps below can give you some guidelines to improving your site to get some search engine attention.
Step 1: Check the layout and design of your website
Whilst you may think you have an impressive looking website, it could also be at the root of your problems. Does your copy start half way down the page, making it more difficult for the search engines to grasp what your site is about? Have you got bloated over sized graphics that make your page slow to load or too much white space between the lines? It’s not difficult to tweak your pages to get them right.
Step 2: Have you placed your keywords strategically through your website?
Keyword stuffing can be detrimental to your site but so can lack of keywords.  It’s no longer good enough just to put your keywords in the title and meta tags, you need to have a certain percentage placed appropriately within your copy and articles. Your critical keyword is ideally to be found in your first paragraph of text, and should also be used in headlines and in your hyperlinks.
Step 3: Text links and site maps
To get your site recognized and positioned you need to make sure that all of your pages are being found by the web spider when it crawls your site; which means you need to get your site indexed correctly. It’s important to include a site map in your website that shows all the links to your inner pages.  Another good habit to get into is creating a navigation menu with text links, these are a lot easier for the search engine robot to follow and identify all your pages. On page search engine optimization is just as important as off page.
Step 4: Backlinks – Quality vs. Quantity
When you are trying to position yourself a highly competitive category you will need quality backlinks to your site, preferably PR 6 & 7 when you can get them.  You will find that when you have good content in your site others are willing to link to you as it provides credibility for their own sites
But this can take time to build up, in the meantime you can actively search yourself and start requesting links, the more the better. Don’t overlook that quality will outdo quantity any day in terms of getting your site a better ranking.
Step 5: Keep up to date with search engine ruling
Search engines change their rules quite frequently and it is important to keep yourself up to date. This isn’t as hard as it may sound, there are numerous forums and blogs on the net that regularly post information on the latest changes.

BBC's Documentary: 'India's Daughter' is an insult of indian women

BBC made a documentary from India covering an infamous rape case, happens India because of people’s mentality, by this documentary they wanted to show that women are less responsible than men, and it happens because of Indian mentality's towards women.. Social media has seen outrage over the documentary viewed as a platform to justify and explain such a heinous act that shocked the nation and the globe.
The top news channels went against the documentary fully. Two top channels continually reported on it Zee News  Editor Sudhir Chaudhary and Times Now editor-in-chief Arnab Gosmawami said it’s Unfortunate to us that we are being mispublished in world media.

The 'banbbc' tag was not the most popular to emerge from this controversy. There was also #nirbhayainsulted (The victim was called "Nirbhaya," or "the fearless one" by the media) and #dontrapeagain. The two tags were used more than 51,000 and 24,000 times respectively and have also been widely used by Indian news channels Times Now TV and Zee News.
Indian court restricted the publication and airing of the film in India as well as the dissemination of excerpts from it after Mukesh Singh's comments were released in several media outlets.
But the BBC went ahead and aired the controversial documentary on the Delhi gang-rape rape case on Wednesday (4 March) night despite requests by the Indian government not to, following a court ban.
The FIR under sections 509, 504, 505 (1) (b) IPC and section 66 A IT Act, was registered against Mukes singh who made malicious, derogatory, offensive, insulting remarks against women, causing harassment and disrepute
"This harrowing documentary, made with the full support and cooperation of the victim's parents, provides a revealing insight into a horrific crime that sent shock waves around the world and led to protests across India demanding changes in attitudes towards women," the BBC said in a statement.
"India should be embracing this film -- not blocking it with a knee-jerk hysteria without even seeing it. This was an opportunity for India to continue to show the world how much has changed since this heinous crime," she wrote for India's NDTV.
Udwin later spoke to NDTV, urging everyone to watch the film before rushing to judgment on it.
"I appeal to the Prime Minister to not let it go out of hand because it is getting out of hand. Countries around the world will very soon be saying: 'How dare India ban a documentary that is in the public interest?' I urge you to see the film as soon as possible," she said. "Please see the film and then talk about it."
Arguments in favour of BBC ban
·         Shaming of the country: Rajnath Singh said that views in the documentary are hurtful and India is feeling ashamed over it. The restraining court was taken from the court to protect the face of India. BSP Chief Mayawati congratulated him for taking swift steps to stop the broadcast.
·         Flouting the conditions of permission for interviewing the prisoners: The filmmakers were granted permission with the conditions that they will only interview the prisoners who have given their written consent for it, will submit complete footage to jail authorities, and take approval from jail authorities before the telecast of the documentary film or publishing a research paper based on it. Producers failed to comply with these norms.
·         Exploiting the case for commercial benefit: One of the clauses of the permission was that the film will be used for social purposes only. The use of such unfortunate incidents for commercial benefit is not ethical.
Arguments against BBC ban
·         Much acclaim from influential Bollywood and literary figures: Chetan Bhagat said, “It is one of the best documentaries i’ve seen. It’s bone-chilling and shakes you up.” Genelia D’Souza married to the actor son of a former Chief Minister said, “Please watch India’s daughter. We need to understand and eradicate the evil within us and around us.” Noted lyricist and nominated Rajya Sabha member Javed Akhtar said, “It’s good that this documentary has been made. Crores of men in India now know that they think like a rapist.”
·         Confront the Reality: Another nominated MP in the RS Anu Aga said, “The reality is that what that man spoke reflects the view of many men in India. Why are we shying away from reality? We should confront the issue.”
·         Controlling the Media: Muzzling the messenger is not going to help the matter. We need to get to the root of such attitudes towards women and take remedial actions for societal overhaul.

What is career counseling?

What is career counseling?
There are a number of factors that influence your career development, including your interests, abilities, values, personality, background, and circumstances. Career Counseling is a process that will help you to know and understand yourself and the world of work in order to make career, educational, and life decisions.
the differences between a job, an occupation and a career are the following.

Job is a paid position, requiring a group of specific attributes and skills that enable a person to Perform tasks in an organization, either part –time or fulltime for a short or long duration. It is work conducted and exchanged for payment.
OCCUPATION is defined as a group of similar jobs found in different industries; it is more of an employment category.
CAREER involves the jobs or occupations (paid and unpaid) which one undertakes throughout a lifetime. A series of jobs/occupations help us to develop different skills and acquire knowledge in our career and progress towards higher level positions.
What do I need to consider?
 Education
 Goals
 Skills
 Vision
 Interests
 Values

Career development is more than just deciding on a major and what job you want to get when you graduate. It really is a lifelong process, meaning that throughout your life you will change, situations will change, and you will continually have to make career and life decisions.
Thus, Career Development is a “continuous lifelong process of developmental experiences that focuses on seeking, obtaining and processing information about self, occupational and educational alternatives, life styles and role options”
(Hansen, 1976) . Put another way, career development is the process through which people come to understand themselves as they relate to the world of work and their role in it.

Theories and research describing career behavior provide the “conceptual glue” for as well as describe where, when and for what purpose career counseling, career education, career guidance and other career interventions should be implemented.

Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation

Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) refers to a system of school-based evaluation of students that covers all aspects of a students’ development.
It is a developmental process of a child which emphasizes on two fold objectives. These objectives are continuity in evaluation on one hand and assessment of broad based learning and behavioral outcomes on the other.
The term ‘continuous’ is meant to emphasize that evaluation of identified aspects of students’ ‘growth and development’ is a continuous process rather than an event, built into the total teaching-learning process and spread over the entire span of academic session. It means regularity of assessment, diagnosis of learning gaps, and use of corrective measures and feedback of evidence to teachers and students for their self evaluation.
The second term ‘comprehensive’ means that the scheme attempts to cover both the scholastic and the co-scholastic aspects of students’ growth and development. Since abilities, attitudes and aptitudes can manifest themselves in forms other than the written word, the term refers to application of a variety of tools and techniques (both testing and non-testing) and aims at assessing a learner’s development in areas of learning like:
Objectives of CCE are:
To help develop cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills.
To lay emphasis on thought process and de-emphasize memorization.
To make evaluation an integral part of teaching-learning process.
To use evaluation for improvement of students’ achievement and teaching – learning strategies on the basis of regular diagnosis followed by remedial instruction.
To use evaluation as a quality control device to maintain desired standard of performance.
To determine social utility, desirability or effectiveness of a programme and take appropriate decisions about the learner, the process of learning and the learning environment.
To make the process of teaching and learning a learner-centered activity.
Features of CCE
The ‘continuous’ aspect of CCE takes care of ‘continual’ and ‘periodicity’ aspect of evaluation.
Continual means assessment of students in the beginning of instruction (placement evaluation) and assessment during the instructional process (formative evaluation) done informally using multiple techniques of evaluation.
Periodicity means assessment of performance done frequently at the end of unit/term (summative)
The ‘comprehensive’ component of CCE takes care of assessment of all round development of the child’s personality. It includes assessment in Scholastic as well as Co-Scholastic aspects of the pupil’s growth.
Scholastic aspects include curricular areas or subject specific areas, whereas co-scholastic aspects include Life Skills, Co-Curricular Activities, Attitudes, and Values.
Assessment in scholastic areas is done informally and formally using multiple techniques of evaluation continually and periodically. The diagnostic evaluation takes place at the end of a unit/term test. The causes of poor performance in some units are diagnosed using diagnostic tests. These are followed up with appropriate interventions followed by retesting.
Assessment in Co-Scholastic areas is done using multiple techniques on the basis of identified criteria, while assessment in Life Skills is done on the basis of Indicators of Assessment and checklists.
The functions of CCE are:
It helps the teacher to organize effective teaching strategies.
Continuous evaluation helps in regular assessment to the extent and degree of learner’s progress (ability and achievement with reference to specific scholastic and co-scholastic areas).
Continuous evaluation serves to diagnose weaknesses and permits the teacher to ascertain an individual learner’s strengths and weaknesses and his/her needs. It provides immediate feedback to the teacher, who can then decide whether a particular unit or concept needs re-teaching in the whole class or whether a few individuals are in need of remedial instruction.
By continuous evaluation, children can know their strengths and weaknesses. It provides the child a realistic self-assessment of how he/she studies. It can motivate children to develop good study habits, to correct errors, and to direct their activities towards the achievement of desired goals. It helps a learner to determine the areas of instruction in which more emphasis is required.
Continuous and comprehensive evaluation identifies areas of aptitude and interest. It helps in identifying changes in attitudes, and value systems.

It helps in making decisions for the future, regarding choice of subjects, courses and careers.

Publish your blog

Blog success originates not from the fancy layouts or nifty widgets but rather from the unique content found on the blogging platform! If what the site administrator offers viewers continues to be interesting and relevant reading material people will continue to return! It all boils down to the personal commitment of the individual blogger insofar as to the success of the blogging platform itself!
Here are 5 things any individual will need to supply if they intend to become a popular blogger!
The starting point for any blog is the 'seed' or idea behind it's purpose and what the reading material contained within will be based upon! The theme is crucial from the standpoint that you want to be sure there is an audience for it and most especially if you intend to make money! The theme you decide upon gives you a way in which to direct your efforts since you want to maintain a certain focus when composing updates.
Ideas are merely thoughts or dreams until you decide to take a definitive action towards making them a reality! Taking the first step is typically the hardest when entering into anything new and when launching a blogging platform it is recommended to compose a series of posts! The point here is you want visitors to have more than one update to view or they may not take your site serious enough to even return. The more posts you display the greater the commitment you will reflect to visitors!
This helps you to coordinate your efforts for the best results but just as importantly your focus will help you stay consistent with the theme of your site. It will do little good if you continue to veer away from the theme since it will confuse readers and even discourage them from returning! The main objective is create unique content that is relevant to the theme so you can attract visitors and then develops their loyalty!
This supplies the persistence you need while you wait for the results you want while also helping you beat back any feelings of frustration! Remember a successful blogging platform is one that has a loyal following but viewer loyalty does not occur overnight, it takes time!
Without a deeply rooted curiosity or passion it will make both your research and writing efforts more difficult! People expect to see high quality and unique content when they land on your site and it is up to you to create it but if you lack the inner drive to do so the platform will fade from existence! It is always highly recommended to consider your own level of interest when selecting a theme for just these reasons!

Blog success is much more a product of the unique content found on the blogging platform itself and not the fancy designs or widgets being used. It all comes down to people wanting reading material of interest to them and finding a source they feel is reliable. Once this occurs reader loyalty begins to develop but only after a period of time! This is why the origin and success of the blogging platform is wholly dependent upon the initiative and commitment of the site administrator! After all the use of fancy designs or widgets are no substitute for the 5 things only a blogger can supply as discussed here today!

You might be working in a corporate organization and are aiming for a promotion. If you have a Master's degree and your performance is satisfactory you are likely to be considered over those who do not have the degree. You might want to switch jobs but cannot take up a full time course to pursue the degree. You might not be able to afford the fees of a full time MBA degree. There are so many things that could drive you. Weigh the pros and cons of both before reaching a decision.
If you are taking up a part time course you can keep your job. That would ensure that the funds keep coming. If you are already paying of an educational loan this is sometimes the only option left. The thing about part time courses is that they focus on the education side of the course and cannot really focus on networking like full time programs. But, when you have a full time job you can always apply whatever you are learning in a real job setting. You cannot possibly learn so much in some training or internship.
Whether you take a campus based or an online part time program is up to you completely. While a full time program will take you 2 years to complete; it is often observed that students take anything from 3 to 5 years to complete these courses. That is usually because they have work and other personal commitments to take care of. Thus, a lot of people who cannot devote all their time in education and want to increase their educational qualification without having to give up on their jobs take these courses up.
The other advantage is also that the expense can be borne over a longer period of time. Lots of companies actually fund their employees to pursue part time MBA degree. Find out if you are working for such a company. Enquire about the criteria that make you eligible for that. Pursuing a part time course along with your job also reflects nicely on your career. Your employer will get the impression that you are dedicated and motivated.

You need to be committed to the course throughout. You should not let the fact that you have no fixed time frame make you lose focus. Finding the right course is also important. Consider all your options carefully. Evaluate the kind of opportunities these part time MBA courses are providing before deciding to invest. See if there are scholarship opportunities on the programs and if you are eligible to apply.
